Sir/Madam just last week I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for 3 days. I am a management consultant and spend some 40 weeks per annum in Hotels (internationally as well as Nationally) so I really get to see the whole range of service standards and attitudes of staff. I do not write letters/emails normally however I felt must congratulate your team at the hotel, specifically the 3 young ladies who served me at reception, and with room service. Nothing was too much trouble, they all had great smiles and I honestly felt that they meant it. (too many times you get the smiles and service but know its just a put on face!). They were all very friendly, courteous, polite and chatted with me as if I had been a friend rather than just a hotel guest. I did ask for pea's on one occasion and was politely informed why I could not have them (but was then offered them as a member of your team offered to go and get some!) The food I had was superb, I especially enjoyed the steak and again your chef kindly made me a peppercorn sauce which was not on the menu. I would heartily recommend your hotel to my friends and family and again my sincere thanks and congratulations on a superb team.
