Our wedding selector menu is a quick guide to what we offer. It is possible to substitute any dish featured, as you may also like to add your own favourites. Dear Browns, I hope this is an appropriate place to tell you what a superb break I enjoyed at your establishment recently. It was imperative that the hotel that my sister and myself selected for a nostalgic holiday for our Mum was able to contribute to her enjoyment significantly. Thanks to your wonderful, professional, warmhearted staff and the lovely old building itself, lovingly decorated, immaculately maintained and with great beds...our Mum had a terrific time. Your chef produced dishes that were an absolute joy to behold and an experience to taste. Everything we ate was cooked to perfection, superbly presented with wonderful marriages of ingredients...as my Mum said 'meals to remember'. Your hotel has a perfect balance of quality, professionalism and warmth. Every single member of staff was so kind and made a genuine effort to make my Mum's stay as pleasurable as possible. She will treasure her recollections of this holiday for several reasons...however I am indebted to you for your part in providing her with many happy memories. My thanks to every member of staff, what a team!
