The Fireplace In the cooler months for an indoor wedding we offer three inside spaces which are licensed for civil ceremonies: The orangery with it beautiful roof offers the wonderful choice of allowing the natural daylight to flood in. The restaurant and the sitting room snug – that both offer a unique charming and magical location for a winter wedding by a roaring fire. The Fireplace adjoins the main restaurant an airy and charming space with floor to ceiling stone walls on both sides and its natural wooden floor. Beautiful original exposed wooden beams and large bay window is adjacent to a snug area that boasts a glorious real fire. The room has a wonderful warm, rustic feel, neutral colour tones that complement any theme and an seat up to 120 guests for civil ceremonies and partnerships

Hi Helena, As you know Jonathan and I came over on Saturday night for our 1st annerseray meal and we just wanted to say a big thank you. The evening was wonderful. It was a lovely surprise to receive the glass of fizz each when first arriving and your staff are a real credit to you. They were atentive and friendly but not in anyway intrusive. Again Steven was brilliant and friendly as well as the young waitress who was just so friendly and smiley. It brought back wonderful memories of our wedding day last year and we are so glad that we chose you and your hotel to share the day with us. Friends and relatives are still commenting on our day and the meal that was served, which must be good. Thank you again, hope to see you all again soon Sarah and Jonathan |
