To All the STAFF at Browns Hotel, Tavistock. May I take this oppertunity to say a very very BIG THANK YOU for the Professional Friendly service we received during the last few days. From all the Carter & Thomson families. The moment we were welcomed into Browns to the time we left no task was to big or to small and was always meet with so much enthusiasm and never without a huge smile, we all felt we were at OUR Home from Home, we personally have stayed at many many hotels all over the worrld, including Raffles Singapore, The Barclay New York, The Fairmont Turnberry Isles Miami, to name a few, were we have received such superb service, but not with so much friendly enthusiasm and such big smiles as we received at Browns, no matter what time of day from early morning to late at night the smiles made us all feel so comfortable and relaxed. Rooms very clean and comfortable, Food excellant and of the highest quality, immediately obvious that it had been prepared by a talented chef and competent team. The whole Wedding experience went without a hitch and made the day the PERFECT WEDDING DAY. Memories should be made of happy times, our memories of staying at Browns will remain with us as happy memories for an eternity (we have the photos to prove it) Thank You All |
