Just a brief note to thank you for arranging our Diamond Wedding celebrations event on 12th February 2009. Things went splendidly and all our guests really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Many congratulations on your recent Gold award which was richly deserved and we think is bound to be repeated in future.

Thank you so much for a wonderful long weekend spent with you recently. Please pass on my thanks to all the staff that looked after us with genuine warmth and professionalism that is hard to find these days. Special thanks go to your Chef and Sous Chef, who created an amazing Valentines’ menu that was almost too good to eat!

This letter is to express my profound gratitude to you for the most wonderful evening which we had for our choir and bell ringers. The evening was a fantastic success for us, and it was especially kind and accommodating of you and your staff to tolerate our after dinner entertainment, which worked wonderfully well in the conservatory. I just want like to say thank you for the wonderful stay we had at Browns over Christmas and also thank you for posting the CD that I left in the room it arrived the other day. The hotel was lovely and Christmas day was very enjoyable.

Dear Helena and all the staff at Browns. A short note to say how impressed Mrs Mayhew & I were with the service we received. Two rather forgetful older ladies dealt with kindly, efficiently and oh!! the food!!! Fantastic. Congratulations to Stephen, Chef and all the attentive waitresses. All of you young, it really has restored our faith in youth where there are so many bad reports nowadays!!!! We are spreading the "word".
