Dear Sirs, I just wanted to write and thank you for a truly excellent experience at your hotel last week. We stayed for two nights to celebrate a friends wedding in Tavistock. I travel frequently for work so have experienced the very good and the very poor in terms of hotel service and quality. Right from our arrival your staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and I must mention the particular assistance of Chloe who was on the front desk for our arrival and the next morning. During this time Chloe was extremely helpful from helping us with our bags, recommending a good local restaurant for lunch through to typing out a speech I had to give at the wedding at short notice as I had left my copy at home. This was truly excpetional service and you should be rightly proud of the team you have working for you.
