Good Friday to Easter Sunday menu:

Pea soup,chive crème fraiche
Chicken and smoked ham hock terrine, mustard pickles
Salad of Brixham crab, blood orange, avocado
Vulscombe goats cheese terrine, candied walnuts, beetroot

Main Course
Roast leg of Spring lamb, seared kidney, broad beans, mint
Roast loin of Devon beef, yorkshire pudding, horseradish cream 
Organic salmon, chickpeas, golden raisins, shrimp
Soft herb and aged parmesan risotto

Dessert
Vanilla panna cotta, rhubarb jelly, ginger
Dark chocolate fondant, honey ice cream
Baked egg custard, espresso, raisins
Selection of fine British cheeses
