Fillet of line caught sea bream, broccoli puree, black olive and capers
Frittata of Cornish blue, baby leaf spinach, hazelnut vinaigrette

This is a very brief, but heartfelt, thank you to you for a wonderful evening last night. We thought that the meal was (if it is possible) even better than usual, and how you and your team managed to achieve that with the number of covers you had, and the attention to detail that was necessary to make it all happen, is something you should all be proud of.
