Exe mussel and potato chowder, crisp ham, cumin oil
Seared breast of wood pigeon, spiced red cabbage and walnuts

Loin of wild venison, pork belly, white onion, mustard
Fillet of line caught sea bream, broccoli puree, black olive and capers
Frittata of Cornish blue, baby leaf spinach, hazelnut vinaigrette
Parmesan Gnocci,herb puree, black olives, pea shoots

This is a very brief, but heartfelt, thank you to you for a wonderful evening last night. We thought that the meal was (if it is possible) even better than usual, and how you and your team managed to achieve that with the number of covers you had, and the attention to detail that was necessary to make it all happen, is something you should all be proud of.
