Dining in The Library

The Library is our intimate gastronomic restaurant. The Head Chef and his team create imaginative tasting menus often blending interesting ingredients from our doorstep and presenting produce in unusual ways which showcases the passion and precision of our talented chefs as they prepare your dishes.

To make your experience extra special ask the sommelier for the accompanying wine flight - pairing a specially chosen glass of wine we each course.

Dining in The Restaurant

The Browns team are passionate about local, seasonal ingredients with an abundance of provenance. We use fruit, vegetables and herbs from our doorstep and we know the carbon footprint of where the ingredients used in our stylish and elegant dishes comes from. The dining room itself is original features have been enhanced with local artwork of the breathtaking rolling Moors now made famous by Steven Spielburgs – Warhorse. If the weather is kind the al fresco terrace overlooking the cobbled courtyard is the perfect place to soak up the sun and perhaps enjoy the first outside dining of the year.
