Welcome to Browns Hotel Food School After much consideration and huge amounts of planning we are pleased to announce a series of fabulous courses to be held at Browns Hotel – Tavistock. We are aiming to be more than just a cookery school, we want to tell the complete story of food......... We are delighted to be offering a series of cooking, gardening and foraging courses, as well as bread making, charcuterie and other artisan skills. Join us for demonstrations, tastings, talks and full-day classes.
